Basic Unit
Container: Total volume: 5 L, Working volume: 3,5 L, Special borosilicate glass vessel with flat stainless steel (316L) and bottom. Fermentation tank GMP autoclavable.Stirrer: AC motor, adjustable speed. Lower magnetic drive. Solid shaft agitator with two 6-blade disc parts and an anti-foam set. Rotation Speed: 50 × 1000 rpm
Ventilation: Exterior air filter, stainless steel valve and silica gel tube.
Thermal circuit: Electric heat radiated from the bottom of the vessel; The pipes and all necessary valves are connected to the cold water supply.
Infusion pumps: 4 infusion pumps assigned to the following functions: for acid / alkaline, anti vapor, and nutrient feed. Each pump includes drill needles and silicone tube. Automatic or manual control.
