Transfer Room For White Rooms
Description
The cleanroom transfer box is an auxiliary device for cleanrooms, commonly used to pass small objects between clean areas and between clean and unclean areas. This reduces the number of times that the door of the white room has to be opened, thus minimizing the risk of contamination in the room.The dynamic pitch box is made of stainless steel, neat and clean. The two doors are interconnected to effectively prevent cross-contamination. The dynamic step box is equipped with an electronic interlock device and a germicidal ultraviolet lamp.
Usage Requirements
1. Cleaning level inside the transfer room for cleanrooms: level B.2. Two-layer case body, internal arc processing, fluid connection.
3. The cleanroom transfer box uses a negative laminar flow pressure system. The airflow goes to the top and back to the bottom. The return air side uses a SUS304 stainless steel cold rolled perforated plate design and reinforced springs.
4. Filter: primary filter with G4, HEPA filter and H14, productivity up to 99.99%.
5. Air Velocity: After passing through the HEPA filter, the air velocity is 0.3-0.4m / s (below the perforated plate with a high efficiency air outlet, testing at 150mm) .
6. Differential Pressure Function: Displays the differential pressure filter (range 0-500Pa), with an accuracy of ± 5Pa.
7. Control function: fan on / off button, internal electronic lock, ultraviolet lamp, independent switches.
8. The HEPA filter can be removed and installed on the top of the case, thus being easy to maintain and replace.
9. Access hole on the top of the dynamic pass box, in order to be able to repair the fan.
10. Noise: in normal operation <65db.
11. The air flow orifice plate is made of woven stainless steel.
