BXKZ Injection Product Production Line
Description
The BXKZ injection line production line is composed of a vertical cleaning ultrasonic CLQ machine, a RSM drying and sterilizing machine and a KGYX filling and sealing machine. The machine is divided into three work zones: a cleaning, a sterilization and drying, and another filling and sealing, and can work as three independent machines or in combination with the rest.The BXKZ production line automatically performs the processes of water sterilization, ultrasonic washing, compressed air drying, water recycling, compressed air drying, high temperature fresh air sterilization, cooling, bottle handling, filling, Plugs, stop, panel mounting and other functions necessary for the vials.
The servo motor contributes to stability and efficiency.
